Review: Great water bottle & great customer service! - I bought this for my daughter to take to Kindergarten, and she is in love with it! It keeps her water cold all day, with ice still in it when she comes home. It is beyond gorgeous, & my daughter loves the vinyl stickers that came with it to decorate it with her name & anything she is feeling at that moment. The stickers have lasted through all my hand washing of it for the past few months too! I love the carrying handle, & the wide mouth opening that makes it easy to fill with ice, it was designed very well! But the best part is this company's customer service! My daughter dropped it on the first day, & it hit the floor in the exact wrong spot & chipped a plastic piece off the lid, near the hinge. It eventually started to leak, so I emailed them to ask if I could buy a new lid, and instead, they sent a replacement lid quickly & at no cost! It was a nice surprise & good feeling to know they are there & stand behind their product!
