This book is so well-written and down-to-earth. It gives great ideas on how to teach children to behave in a positive way. At the same time, it also gives a sound explanation for when/how to set limits. The best thing about this book is that it puts parents in the driver's seat to guide their children while still having a connected relationship with them. This book is based on a lot of research with real kids and families, yet it is fun and easy to read!  I highly recommend this book for parents, or for professionals who work with children and their families.
