Good product. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Almost perfect BUT the mechanism for adjusting the chain tautness needs improvement! *by G***D on April 29, 2024* Very maneuverable (wow, that's a tough one to spell!); I'm just an amateur but had no trouble sawing off some 12 inch tree limbs, while on top of a tall ladder. Easy to operate EXCEPT the knob for adjusting (tightening) the chain was an enormous pain. It tends to make a ratcheting noise instead of tightening or loosening no matter what I do or how I manipulate the knob; at some point it locks in and starts to adjust the chain tightness but I lost a lot of time trying to get that knob to work; could not figure out the mechanism and decided it was poorly engineered.
