This one does! I use a basic neutrogena soap (Fresh Foaming) to take off all my makeup and grime and then use this next, three days a week. I keep it on for a couple of minutes and really massage it in. You can feel the tingle! It smells good too which is nice because MDForte didn't. Dries up any acne that evening and makes your skin glow. I'm impressed after only a week! Please don't discontinue or change formulas!
