Review: Great as an add-in to coffee - I live a keto lifestyle and found that some days I was having trouble meeting my protein limit. I decided to try this and was very surprised by the taste, consistency, and overall quality. I have tried many unflavored and flavored protein powders in the past that are keto friendly and they are all pretty gross. This is the only one I have found that doesn't make me cringe when I drink it or leave a weird aftertaste. It also doesn't leave any residue or grainy-ness when mixed in with my coffee. Usually with other powders I can physically taste the powder grains. I think with how finely milled this one is, I can't physically taste the grains of powder. The only con I see if the size and cost. For just under $40, the container is quite a bit smaller than other protein powders, so the cost per ounce is higher than others (the website says each container has about 20 full scoops, so not a lot). I hope they come out with a larger tub, because that would make this even better. How I use it: I love bulletproof coffee in the morning to replace breakfast on busy days. In a blender, I add coffee, Kerrygold butter, 1 scoop of the Perfect Keto Chocolate Protein powder, 1 tbsp heavy cream, MCT oil, and 2-3 tbsp of Milkadamia milk. Sometimes I add a dash of cinnamon if I really want a good rich flavor. This BPC keeps me full from 8am to 12pm (or later, sometimes).

I’m very happy with this brand. Although I was buying each thing I needed separately(collagen, mct oil, and electrolytes) it can make for a lot of steps when you’re running out the door in the morning. I like knowing I can just add one scoop and some heavy cream to my keto coffee and I’m good to go! It’s expensive, for sure. But I mostly eat homemade foods, and this is worth fitting into my budget. I tried the vanilla and the chocolate. VANILLA: So good in coffee!! I use 1/2 a scoop to 1 scoop depending on how busy my day is going to be. It gave me energy to get through some very long days lately. CHOCOLATE: This tastes really good too and also gives me energy, but I didn’t like it in coffee. 2 teaspoons in just 6 oz hot water with a splash of cream was to die for though! Just like those packets of hot cocoa I drank as a kid! Both are sweet enough to not need sugar due to the stevia, but in coffee I do need a little extra stevia(which I used to hate but trained myself to acquire a taste for it, now I love it). Excellent products, worth the money. One canister of vanilla lasted me longer than a month because I didn’t use full scoops; still felt the benefits though!
