When my 15 year old granddaughter used it, her hair got caught up in it and took a really long time to get it out and ened up breaking her hair off. She has been afraid to try it since that happened.

DO NOT BUY! HAIR NIGHTMARE!
DO NOT BUY! So I bought this product because my friend had one like it that worked well on my thick hair. I read the directions. I took a chunk of my hair in the front and put it in the machine. My hair got STUCK! It pulled and burnt off my hair! Now I have a big bald spot! Needless to say I will be returning!
