I've had this smaller pillow for a couple of weeks and it's made a huge difference! I like that you can add or remove padding too as needed. But it helps support the bump and stops me from fully lying on my back if I do turn. Great too with the backache as I can prop the hot water bottle against one side and it rests it against my back without me lying on it.
