The chair is absolutely beautiful. It fills me with joy every time I enter the room in which I placed it. It is very well constructed, very comfortable to sit in and the footrest is an added bonus. Also the color and fabric are lovely.But even more than that, Genubi's customer service is outstanding. The chair did not require assembly, per se. But the headrest did have to be attached to the chair and being "challenged" in that area, I contacted Genubi on a Sunday afternoon, and had an answer and two instructional photos by 1 a.m. Monday morning and all was solved! You can't beat that.So pleased with the chair and would absolutely purchase any product offered by Genubi.

i wanted to love the chair, however, it really isn't comfortable to sit in it for any length of time since the padded portion is too thin generally and especially at the bottom where the metal frame around the thighs prevents comfort. i especially do not recommend this product for people with chronic pain in joints and/or muscles, as i suffer from. other than that, i give 2 stars as opposed to 1 since it is very light and portable. for this reason it may work for some people just fine. be aware that even with a prime account, shipping is charged for a return. perhaps i was naive, but i did not know this when i bought it.

Really good shopping experience. Arrived on time, packaged properly.Especially like the stool that comes with the chair, very convenient for carrying around. And the material feels really comfortable.Totally good deal, recommend it!
