I`m 5`7, 130 lbs, and Small fits good. The length was perfect - not too long or short. Due to the fabric having little to no stretch, I was worried about the pants feeling a bit too tight on the bottom when I sit or squat. I could go up a size for a roomier fit, but the amount of material in the front of the pants seemed too generous for my liking. If you like a roomy fit all around the hips, this is a good choice. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great fit for people with slim athletic builds who struggle to find well-fitting scrubs *by I***Y on July 6, 2025* The media could not be loaded. A rare pair of scrub pants that fit my body type! Usually, scrub pants are either too short, too tight in the thighs, too big in the waist, or have a combination of issues. These fit like a glove. They’re a little snug on my thighs but not uncomfortably so. The fabric doesn’t have much stretch but the waistband stretches quite a bit, which is good because there is no tie in the waistband. The fabric is not soft or stretchy like the scrubs that are modeled after workout clothes but I prefer a tougher/thicker material anyway because I run cold. I also have a hard time finding scrub bottoms that are long enough for me. I’m only 5’6 but I have very long legs and prefer a 32-33 inch inseam for straight leg pants. I have a slim athletic build, weigh ~135 lbs with a ~26 inch waist and the XS tall fits nearly perfectly (could have a tiny more room in the thighs).
