Some are made better than others but snaps come off, necks rip, hair sticks, color fades, often faster than it should. I bought this cape at a barber trade show and was happy when I searched and found it on Amazon to buy another. It is by far the best quality cape I’ve owned in my career. I’ve had it for a little over a month and it looks like new! The elastic neck is perfect and adjusts to fit guys with wide necks or little kids scrawny necks. My favorite part is how long it is in the front and back. Most capes are short in the back and clients often get hair on the lower part of their back because the cape doesn’t drape over the chair. This cape is super long in back so my clients that come in business suits on their lunch break don’t go back to the office with hair on them if they happen to lean forward a little while I’m cutting their hair. Light weight and comfortable to ware. Neckband hooks were both sewn in the down position, should be one up one down. To attach the neckband you have to turn one side over making it uneven and not fitting the back of your neck correctly.
