Like other reviewers mention, you will have to do some work. Happy birthday sign and stars come threaded (thanks goodness) but Pom-poms and tassels have to be assembled. It takes about an hour of concentrated work (maybe faster if there’s more of you) and recommend planning on doing it at minimum one day before your event. You definitely don’t want to get stuck trying to assemble these the day of.
