Sand the cracks just to roughup the surface with some 360 grit sandpaper and this sealant should fix your problem , it's flexable after it cures so movement won't break the seal . I also used this to glue a John deere riding mower seat back on the seat frame and it is still holding. Locite makes quality thread lockers and sealants and I have never had a bad day with their products. **Q: Will it work to hold a corner bumper to a metal dock?** A: Not by itself. You will need some fastener as well.
