Last month I purchased two more bottles and the pills in both bottles are very different- very yellow with a very strong, musty stale odor. I contacted Silver Fern because I was sure they had gone bad/may have been improperly stored before getting to me. Silver Fern responded by telling me they are using a new manufacturer and they have a new color/new smell and are fine. I responded and told them that since they changed their product from what I was used to after 7 years, I would like to return the probiotics for a refund. They never even responded to my email. I am saddened I can no longer use these probiotics; the smell is absolutely atrocious. I have no confidence in this product. I had to throw $99 of pills right into the trash. I am horrified by their poor customer service - how rude not to respond after I have purchased their products for years. Please know that Silver Fern does not care about customer satisfaction at all.
