This air conditioning cover is fantastic. I live in the Midwest and it covers the top perfectly and doesn't allow snow or to debris  to get in from the top. It looks really nice  as well it looks  a lot nicer than a piece of wood  on  the top. Definitely a great buy. I like this so much better than those air conditioning covers that cover the entire unit. That is not good because it allows the inside to rust. I have a new air conditioning unit and want to take great care of it. I should also mention that the top is very sturdy. It is not flimsy at all. With regards to the stickiness, I just used some organic coconut oil and rubbed that all over the sticky part and then wiped it off with a paper towel. That is a lot less toxic than the alternative and it worked great.
