Review: Great customer service from Aspen Clean - These are great dishwasher pods. They work really well and I appreciate that they are Environmental Working Group verified, so I know they are a high quality natural option. I wanted to specifically write a review, because they are also a really solid company. I ordered these in January and when I went to open a new package this weekend (it came in a three pack), many of the pods had burst in transit. I emailed the Aspen Clean customer service about the issue and they got back to me right away (on a Saturday no less), and told me this was a known issue and that they would replace the box of pods right away. I sent them a screen shot of my desertcart order and they let me know a replacement was on its way. I felt it was worth noting this, because good customer service isn't aways a given. This company identified an issue and they are actively working to fix it, and are quickly resolving the problem for customers. That means a lot and I was very impressed. High quality product with a high quality team behind it. Thanks Aspen Clean!
