If you are expecting a very fine force on the grind (like a mousse, this isn't the one you want). If you are expecting something that taste as magical as a fresh paté from your local French bakery or perhaps the deli of your Whole Foods, this isn't it. If you want a shelf stable paté you can leave in your pantry and break out after a long day or work with some pickles and olives a chunk of cheese and glass of red wine, and spend all of 5 minutes preparing it, this will totally scratch that itch.
