My piercer originally put in a 14g belly ring which I believe is standard practice BUT it was sinking into my skin and it was constantly hurting. I know you’re supposed to wait way longer to change your christina piercing but I went ahead and swapped mine out for this and it’s AMAZING. Obviously it’s adorable, but also my piercing is no longer rejecting or digging into my skin. It also doesn’t get all crusty anymore.
