So I like that this does not balloon out my thighs. I also like the fact that it is very tight at the top and I think it would be fine to wear it without the straps. However, the only downside I can see as of right now, the lower tummy is pretty loose compared to the top. I feel like it's squeezing me in everywhere but the lower tummy. Unfortunately this is the spot I wanted to target. But I do think that this would be nice to wear under a dress . I would not say it's for waist training on the lower tummy for sure.
