I prefer to separate my toiletries into several smaller bags. That way they can be packed strategically instead of taking up a giant space in the middle of my suitcase. That said, small hotels and AirBnBs never seem to have enough bathroom counter space. A hanging toiletry bag is a necessity! This bag is nearly perfect. When it's empty it hardly takes up any space in my suitcase. The pockets are large enough that I can just drop my smaller bags into them after I hang it up. I like that most of the pockets are made of mesh rather than plastic. I've only used it a couple of times but it seems to be holding up well. There are two only things I'm worried about. 1. The bottom pocket is plastic and the zipper runs across the top so it has to be all the way open to hold another bag inside. This makes the front of the pocket stick out at a funny angle when it's full and open. I'm concerned that this may stress and split the plastic eventually. I wish the bottom pocket was mesh! 2. The metal hanger catches a bit when I spin it out to hang it over a towel bar/shower surround.
