I've only worn it once at the local adventure/swim park. The shirt didn't lift or the shorts roll down when in the wave pool. I ordered the 3X in both. I usually wear a 2X top and 16 or 18 pants, I'm 5'4". I'm big all over with extra in the tummy. The shirt is form fitting but not skin tight on me, it did loosen up in the water. I thought it was the tightest in the arms, which didn't bother me. I didn't wear under wear, but i did wear a sports bra. Overall I'm very pleased with this outfit. I actually wore a long t-shirt over it at the park to ride rides, then wore it out damp after swimming as an outfit. I have both the navy blue/white and the grey/blue, pleased with both colors. Its a bit loose but tight enough it doesnt ride up during water exercise class. I do rinse chlorine out of it each time. I use it 5-6 times a week. It is soft stretchy material that dries fast.
