It also is threaded to fit common american handheld shower heads and switches out easily. The flow of the product is however strong your water pressure is, which can be a little too much for comfort and result in a higher colonic enema in short order.Reason for losing a star - water passages for the heads are pressed or punched through, and in the product I received had residual metal chads hanging on the inside. They were relatively easy to remove, but shouldn’t have been there in the first place. I am concerned that someone not paying attention upon receiving could end up with one of these breaking loose during use and causing a real problem.
