It does say it is for Men on the tube, but I don't see why women can't use it.It is a thin liquid in a small tube. It comes out white, but turns into a flesh color as it blends into the skin. While I don't think it covers much I do think it makes my face look much more homogeneous. In other words it make the sun damaged spots on my skin look less noticeable. It doesn't look unnatural like most foundations do.I have the light color which is perfect for my very fair skin. The darker version might work better of people who have redness they need to cover.
