But I found just this one amplifier is all that I need. By following the instructions and making the correct adjustments, I found this amplifier to work great! It will squeal loudly as you attempt to seat the amplifier in your ear, but once it is fitted snugly, the squealing stops. Then your amplification starts. Yes, all sounds will be amplified. When I started out with the volume turned too high, water running in a sink sounded like window glass shattering when dropped on concrete.
