I emptied most of it out and replaced items with my own supplies. As another reviewer noted, the tape measure is wildly inaccurate, I'm not even sure what units it's supposed to be measuring. Would have been nice to include a small stitch puller. I got more buttons than indicated. The needle holding section is clever and my favorite feature - I replaced the foam with another pincushion I had that's more stable, but it's very useful to drop my needles in there between uses and keep them safe and dust-free. The needles seem clever, I had never tried self-threading needles before.
