Finally I realized I should look under kids wrist weights. These weights are great, I wear them while walking my pup so I can do arm exercises. They fit wonderfully. I have 5.5 inch wrists and i can’t praise these enough. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Therapy for parkinson tremors. *by M*** on Reviewed in the United States on January 11, 2019* They are nice, well-made hand weights BUT I wish the velcro wrist band was at least another 1" or so longer. The thumb holes were too small for my thumbs and the actual bands were too big for my wrists. I’m an average size woman so I was kind of surprised that these didn’t fit well. After a while I had to remove them— just too uncomfortable around the thumb hole and they didn’t fit my wrists well at all anyway. One star for fit, but I gave them two stars because they seemed to be made well.
