I was nervous because other reviewers said the strap was too short and the other mentioned that they gave it away!I measured it and with the strap adjusted it comes down to 25 inches on me which hits around my hip which works out perfect for my needs. The total length of the strap is 55 inches. The color is kind of a washed red and the stud detail looks good with it. The purse doesn't smell funky with chemicals which often happens with pleather products.It's a great size for me and at holding all the essentials and then some!
