I do it 10 minutes every morning and night. It did NOT trigger an asthma attack, and it has actually been a little easier to breathe despite all of the pollen and dirt flying around right now. I can tell you that this does work and rather well, but only for those minor episodes when you just feel that struggle to breathe coming on and want to try and nip-it before it develops to full-blown. It works around 60-70% of the times for me, and sometimes not at all, and yet other times its a God-Sent product.
