I had been concerned about the space the legs might take up but this is even better than I had hoped. The all black color and legs is a perfect match for our other black dining chairs. This can sit up close to the table with the tray on but without the tray it fits perfectly. It is super lightweight and very easy to clean which is a huge plus. The straps will still need to be cleaned but that is doable and they can be removed to wash more thoroughly when needed. This is the one area I might give the lalo points over this chair as their straps are not canvas. The seat back is not as high as other high chairs, but the little ones at our house generally don’t sit in high chairs until they able to sit with some support and I think this would have worked just fine for any of our grandchildren. We are extremely pleased with this high chair and would definitely recommend it. It’s especially great for grandparents’ homes because of the size and the ability to easily pack away and reassemble when needed as well as the option to use it into the toddler years. This is hands down one of the best products I have purchased. It is so easy to use. From assembly (if you want to call it that!) to washing it is a piece of cake. No edges or cracks for food to get stuck in- everything is a solid smooth piece of plastic for the easiest of cleaning. Straps come off to wash which is amazing and it looks so chic.
