It is well made—the wood is nice, it has metal reinforcements around each bolt hole, has little rubber pieces on the foot of each leg so it doesn’t scratch the floor, and plastic pieces to cover the bolt tops on the back of the chair. I wouldn’t go leaning back super hard, as it’s obviously not strong enough to handle a ton of pressure like that. The green one I purchased was true to color to the pictures in the description. This chair is the perfect height for my piano too! I don’t think I could have designed one to better fit with the piano and rug I have. Love!
