Review: The vanilla is good, unflavored is okay - I've purchased both the unflavored and the vanilla. Both are good in terms of how they blend, this protein powder is very smooth and blends well. Neither have a gritty or chalky taste. The unflavored - not only is it unflavored but it will suck the flavor out of anything you put it in. This was my first time using an unflavored protein powder so maybe this is normal. I found myself having to add ingredients to smoothies to bring the flavor back which kind of defeats the purpose. I'm sure it has its uses, but I went with the vanilla for my next order. The vanilla - very good. I've had it mixed with smoothies and just in a shaker with almond milk on its own. The taste is fine, reminds me of sugar free vanilla pudding. You get a decent amount of protein for the calories, which is hard to do with plant proteins. All in all I recommend this brand, just be mindful of the unflavored.
