I dunno what to say, it's not that deep. This was exactly what was pictured: very quiet with no squeaking and our hermit crabs often use it to take a little treadmill walk. I'm happy with the purchase and would buy it again!

Our hermit crab really enjoys this exercise wheel. The wheel spins without much friction and we are pleased with the size and sturdiness! It seems good quality & is great function.

My hermit crabs love this thing! They literally fight over it. I will say I have hermit crabs of multiple sizes. My bigger hermit crabs, love it much more than my smaller hermit crabs. For frame of reference, I have larger hermit crabs in 3 to 4+inch shells. I wish I could attach some kind of odometer to it to see just how far they walk on it every night.

Quiet, moves freely and has just enough grip. Each of my five hermit crabs spends about an hour a day on it. They sometimes get a little crazy when more than one goes on at a time, but they must be having fun since they return for more.

The product came as the round part and the stand separately in the package. Once I put it together, the wheel was unbalanced and wobbly. No amount of tightening or tinkering helped. My hamster did not want to use it because it made her fall ever couple of seconds due to the unstable running surface. Replaced with a 6 dollar one from pet smart. My hamster loves the new one and she doesn't fall anymore

I rescued a mouse that was pregnant. Long story short, one mouse turned into 15 mice! After unsuccessfully trying to rehome them, I realized that for the next 3 years... I have 15 pets. Since boys need to be separated, I have a lot of cages and I couldn't find any wheels that were quiet. I bought one saucer from this company and it was perfect! It's quiet and so much easier to clean than a wheel. The mice seem to prefer it since they can really stretch out and go so fast on it. I ended up replacing all of my wheels with this specific saucer. It arrives packaged in a little box with a thank you and the company reached out personally to make sure I liked it. For smaller animals such as mice or hamsters, this is the way to go! It's a real game changer! Thank you!

The hamster won't stop running on this thing, but no problem for me as the noise level is pretty low and does not bother or cause any annoyance. Great addition to the hamster cage.

Hamsters run in their wheels at night to ruin our sleep and punish us for keeping them in cages. I could hear my daughters hamster running all freaking night in her dumb wheel attached to the side of the cage. So I did a quick search for a quiet wheel and this came up. It’s been night and day. The hamster runs like a maniac and there is very little noise. It’s easy to take out and clean because the little creep pees on it all the time.
