This is exactly what I was looking for in a black bath bomb! The black seemed to be red based, so the bubbles were a bit red toned. I liked that it was dark enough to feel like bathing in evil, but not so dark that it stained my tub. As you can see in the photos, after about two inches deep into the water, you can't see submerged things.STAIN: Honestly, I live in an old house and my tub is an ugly, gross blue one. I thought for sure I was in for scrubbing out my tub after this, but this bomb didn't stain my tub at all. During the bath, when the water level went down a little, I could see some reddish tint where the old water line had been, but it actually went away shortly after.SCENT: Ugh, just opening the box to the bomb was unreal strong delicious scent! It smelled mostly like cinnamon to me. It was a warm, earthy scent.
