At first, I could NOT figure out how to work the thing. The instructions are minimal and do not go into much detail. It started to look as if I wouldn't be able to access the cam away from home, which lets be real, what's the point? But I figured it out and it has awesome video quality in real time. I am not an expert on camera equipment or video, but it's great for what we need it for. Even has two way mic so I can hear her and she can hear me, if needed. I can turn off the sound and use the mic only when I want. Also has night vision... creepy child for effect. We love it and honestly, for the price I don't know that you'll be able to get much better! ### ⭐ Works... for a short time. *by R***N on January 25, 2018* Bought this camera to help monitor our new puppy. Liked the idea of being able to just download an app, set the camera up and be able to check in on her from work or while out running errands. It worked great... at first. The only thing we weren't real crazy about was that it seemed like only one device could see the video at a time. About 2 weeks in, the motion detection stopped working. Which in the long run was not a big issue for us. I was able to view it on wifi networks as well as on my cell data with no problem at first. But my fiancee was never able to view it when away from the home network. As time went on, we had more and more trouble viewing the feed. At one point we actually discovered that we were both on it at the same time and should have been able to all along. But at that point, we were having so many problems getting it to pull up that we decided it wasn't worth it and were sending it back. ### ⭐ Not worth it because of the app. You'll regret it.... *by C***E on November 29, 2017* The camera works.
