I would assume it's not. But what I do know is that the quality seems great and I love having this quick release on my Herm Sprenger and would buy again. **Q: How do i know what size to order?** A: Go to the Sprenger website. prong size is determined by your dog's weight. Over 88 lbs is always 4mm. For length measure dogs neck just behind ears and add 2". You can remove prongs from the collars to make them shorter. **Q: Can i exchange for different size or do i need to return and buy another size?** A: Measuring for the one you need is not intuitive. I believe the measurement was between the prong holes. If wrong, returns are easy! **Q: How durable are these fasteners? Anyone have one fail or become difficult to close with time?** A: It falls off pretty easily, but if you’re careful every time, you can control it. If it falls off while you’re putting it on, you can just slide it back on. These things make it insanely rapid to take the collars on and off. I don't know why Herm Sprenger won't just include these ClicLocks on all of their prong collars right from the factory. Just like the prong collars, inexpensive? No. Worth it? Yes. Only nitpick: The plastic cover that slides over the button falls off constantly. We got sick and tired of putting it back on and just permanently removed them from the ClicLock buckle.
