It has helped me more than anything else i have practiced. I have practice Living Love , 3 books. IFS(2 and 2 more similar books ) i have many other books i wont mention, read them trying to understand and practice . For self healing this one is the best on my experience, i also had read two more books from the same author. This is just simplified good old knowledge of body interface and positive self reprogramming language ( that includes visualization of energy, emotion awareness and setting , spiral movements of eyes and hands, straight bilateral horizontal movements of eyes (basically AMDR), etc ) if you follow the process, focus and perceiver , then you will see results . I will try at least one more books from the same author in the future. Exelent book!

This book takes EMDR to it's highest level. A must for anyone who wishes to let go of any disturbing/repetitive experiences. I have personally found it to be very effective. Thank you Master Mantak Chia!
