I don’t recommend attempting assembly with an anxious 5 year old looking on as they may hear some words you’d prefer they not repeat. The biggest frustration is the tiny holes drilled in the sides don’t exactly align with the holes in the corner pieces, and require significant force to drive the miniature screws through the plastic (don’t even attempt this with the included toy screwdriver).Once assembled, it’s a fun toy for children inexperienced with actual foosball. There are only four rows of three players each on the field, resulting in the offensive row facing away from the center line. I recommend having the scoring player serving to their defensive side. It’s light weight, so you can’t be too aggressive with it but the handles move freely and it can be a fun game. The board isn’t completely level, so the ball can veer to one side, and if you score with too much vigor, the ball can bounce back out of the goal.As for glow in the dark: you can see the lines on the board and a very faint glow from the glean players - if it is completely dark. However, since the ball doesn’t glow, actually playing in the dark requires Jedi level skills in The Force.For the price, it’s actually a pretty fun toy for kids or as a novelty for adults, once you get past the annoying assembly. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Would have been better if assembly was less awkward. *by T***1 on Reviewed in the United States on April 11, 2019* The idea of a small, table top game is good. The color scheme is interesting. The glow in the dark feature is one I haven’t been able to experience. And the assembly process is frustrating. Plastic parts had to be trimmed, holes don’t line up or are not drilled all the way through. You find yourself doing the job the Franklin should have bothered to finish.Having said that, once you have it up and running it is fun for the kids. I need to have activities for my grandchildren that don’t involve TV, computers, or tablets and this one fits the bill. The size makes it easy to store. Other than the two balls, there aren’t small parts to keep track of since everything else is one piece.I do suggest putting down that puffy, rubbery material you put under rugs so they won’t slip. Kids get sort of enthusiastic and the game moves around making it uncomfortable and distracting for the players and possibly damaging to your table. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Smaller....and also better than I thought.... *by Y***U on Reviewed in the United States on April 8, 2019* This set is not really 20" as they are including the goal box - playing field is more like 15-3/5 x 10-3/4. That said, it's actually a lot of fun and as long as you don't get too vigorous, does a relatively good job at giving you a decent Foosball experience.I have played Foosball on the regular full-size tables, and this is clearly a downsized experience, but for most kids, it's a great way to start.I highly recommend putting a global of blue-tack under each foot to keep this secure on whatever surface you play on.
