Amazon is shipping this in the flexible just basic non padded plastic bag. The hats visor is a thin plastic. So ours got creased. It's obvious because of how shiny the visor is and the crease is permanent. Now, I know this is a kids toy but my kid paid for this with her own money so I'd advise amazon to ship these in small boxes. Of course I know amazon does not care about the loss of $12.99 if it was returned so you know I suppose my review is pointless.
