Usually on an overseas trip I stay up due to the fact that I cannot sleep, I even own a neck pillow but find it way too uncomfortable to sleep with my head turned to the side. Since I have trouble sleeping on a plane the next day when I arrive in a new country is usually a blur and I end up sleeping it off early at a hotel (which equals a wasted day). I bought this because although it looks crazy, I was willing to try anything to sleep on a plane. With it, I finally got a good comfortable rest. First it takes about 4 or 5 big puffs of air to fill it, then you have to quickly close the cap (so air doesn't get out). I found the arm holes helped a lot as well as the head hole since I have trouble sleeping with my head turned.
