I have not used the steam table yet because it came with a foreign plug (NEMA). Although it does say in the specification I did NOT notice it since I focused on the 110V.  This table should not be sold in the U.S.  hopefully I can find an adapter.  The description should emphasize that if you’re purchasing in the U.S. you need to buy an adapter.  So disappointed right now!😡

Because of COVID-19 (the Pandemic), we have not had the opportunity to use this equipment yet; our church kitchen remains closed at this time. We did have to get a stronger electric outlet installed to service this equipment.

The unit is amazing. When I purchased I saw 110 volt and did not understand it still took a special outlet installed. Others than that is it livery well made.
