Honestly, I was hoping to use the death of the old pedals as an excuse to upgrade to something a little better/flashier/cooler. But alas, it was not to be. Seems the industry has moved to flat pedals in recent years. I just can't wrap my brain around not having toe clips and there seem to be no (or very few) flat pedals that accommodate clips.
