As of today, Apr 1, I only used Hertzko 3 times cause I received it on March 23 since I live overseas. It has proven effective & fairly easy for detangling their hair & removing dead hair. Removing the mats & knots takes more patience, but what's good is that the Hertzko didn't scratch or hurt their skin. Holding the hair roots for removing matts & knots makes it easier & less painful for the dogs. To complete the job well, you should remove the hair when it accumulates in the Hertzko.
