I wanted a smaller tackle bag that I could wear while surf fishing. As others have said, the strap on this bag is too long and it sits below the waist when the strap is at it’s shortest length. The solution for me was to take the loop-end of the strap (both ends) and pull it back through the adjustment piece. Now it sits perfectly up above my waist so I don’t have to worry about it getting wet when I wade out into the surf. In the last 2 picks you can see how I pulled the exsess part of the strap back through the adjustment piece and then I had to figure out a way to keep it from slipping back through the adjustment piece. What I did on one side is put a carabiner through the loop part that way it can’t go back through the adjustment piece. On the other side of the strap I put a pocket knife through the loop so it won’t slip back through the adjustment piece.Works for me! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Holds Quite A Bit *by B***H on Reviewed in the United States on June 23, 2017* My husband has been using an old backpack to put some of his fishing tackle in and I wanted to get something newer and lighter. This bag was perfect for him. He was able to put an organizer with different tackle in the main pack, a small spool of 10lb test in one of the smaller ones and a small pack of weights and several other things he would need for either light pier fishing or hitting up one of the local lakes. It has just enough room to hold one of his small collapsible poles as well so as long as it is light fishing, he is well stocked with just his one bag. The bag rides comfortably along his hip and is comfortable on either shoulder, on either side of the hip.
