One of the cameras included was blury. Called tech support and 2 days later had a new camera with a label to return the bad one. No hassle at all. They also helped me set up email notifications. I definatly rcomend this system. Handles 16 cameras as well as additional IP cameras if you wanted to add them to it. Phone app works great. However like any data the speed and quality depends on how good your signal is. But I have had no problems as of yet. When I have poor signal I only try to view one camera at a time so it loads faster. All in all, a great system. You cant go wrong.
