So happy to have the test & dry version compared to the finicky motion sensored dispenser.Update to original review: San Jamar customer service sent a replacement part, and the machine has been working well now for over a year. We really like this machine. It's ideal for a small business/office.Purchased July 23, 2014 and received on July 25th. The San Jamar T1300 worked well for ~1 Month, and I was very happy with product. HOWEVER, this has short-lived. After minimal use, the dispensing motor stopped working at the start of Month 2.I called San Jamar's customer service line. The representative was friendly, and worked with me to troubleshoot, via teleconference. Unfortunately the machine could not be fixed. The representative noted that she would be sending a replacement part (and a return envelope for the defective part) by mail. I've been waiting about 10 days now.
