I love quinoa and its health benefits and every single popular commercial puff snack is made with rice flour as the first ingredient. These provide my son MUCH MUCH healthier snacking options and I have had them for two months and only went through 5 bags. For a heavy snacker I would probably say they are too expensive but for my almost one year old guy a bag lasts a week or more so it is DEFINITELY worth the price.
