Made From Buckeye Burl wood from California USA, we then stabilize the wood to provide supreme durability and cast in colors into the voids of the burl, then a 15 to 20 coat hard glossy finish and many other steps to provide a super high gloss very durable finish. Chrome and 22 kt Gold plating on all metal pen parts, this is a well built pen suitable for anyone, Hand Lathe Turned and hand finished in the USA by CraigsDocks / Oi Pens, these take several hours to produce, this is a Handmade product, These Come with a German Heritance Nib made by JoWo, Steel Semi Flex Med point, These also come with one full ink cartridge and the standard fillable style reservoir as pictured, it will also be shipped inside a black velvet presentation sleeve, to refill unscrew the tip of the pen just behind quill, the Chrome metal part of the tip, these can be a little slippery because of the super smooth finish, use a piece of rubber like you use to take the lids off jars with to better grab it to unscrew Cleaning is done by just a little damp and/or soapy rag, you may use Johnsons wood paste wax if you so desire for added protection, however its not required ...
