Handsome as hell too. Anyway, I love his deep baritone voice belting out some of his funkiest songs and also his soft ballads. He's just amazing, just like when I first him sing "Never Gonna Give You Up" and "Together Forever". He also shines on "She Wants To Dance With Me", another funky groove. He really knocked me out when I first heard his version of "Ain't Too Proud To Beg", a really great Temptations song. He sounds just as good as the late great David Ruffin. I'm not kidding you on that! I love all the songs on this 2-cd album set. That's what's so great about it too, plus the price is just right for my budget. He reminded me of Gene Pitney. This is the most complete collection of his recordings that I have found so far. It took a bit of time to arrive, but it was well worth waiting for. I am also a Nat King Cole fan and Astley's version of "When I Fall in Love" is one of my favorite covers of that standard. Also, his more recent recordings show that he still has that great voice.
