I am a dog groomer and I am finding it’s very powerful but not too loud that is scares the dogs. It comes with a selection of nozzles which are easy to attach. I had a cheaper one off of desertcart and this one beats it by far. I have had it for 2 months and these are my thoughts. You get what you pay for. You cannot beat it for the price, period. I will say the hose it comes with is amazing but it may be too short for some people depending on preference so I bought the longer version off of desertcart. Regardless, if you do or not it’s not as loud compared to 4 other dryers I have had experience with. Now obviously it’s a velocity dryer and it’s powerful so don’t expect it to be quiet. You will most likely have to get your dogs used to it but my dogs were used to getting blow dried by a hair dryer and they took to velocity dryers pretty much straight away with no issues. I would suggest letting the dryer sit out for a couple of days so they can sniff it and get used to it and comfortable with it. Don’t try to force it in one day either. Baby steps and make sure you give lots of treats and praise!!! Make it a great experience. This is definitely my favorite dryer I’ve used so far and I can tell it’s my dogs favorite too! They can’t wait to be dried. Im a kobile groomer and need to be carful with total power needs.** A: Hello, the voltage and current is 110V / 15Amps, general household power supply can be used. **Q: Will this hole a flying pig one?** A: I doubt the dryer stand will fit anything but the two Shernbao dryers that are listed. We had to remove the "underside legs" from the dryer and mount it with the screws into the same holes on the stand. I would suggest looking on the Flying Pig site to see if they have a dryer stand for your model. It is amazingly helpful to have the dryer on a rolling stand while you work. **Q: Is the outer casing metal or plastic?** A: It's metal **Q: Would you recommend this for cats?
