It has a strong plastic smell that's very nauseating. I left it out several days before my trip to air out, but the plastic smell was so strong it persisted.2. I fly at least 10-15 times a year, many of them lasting 10-16 hours.I thought the item would be perfect for putting on the front tray table. Unfortunately, when the item is inflated the bottom part pooches out significantly with air (you can see it in their stock photo), making the item too high for someone of my stature. I had to put it on my lap, which limited the circulation to my lower legs after 1-2 hours of sleeping.The face rest is small and not as comfortable as I would have imagined.
