My husband and I are macro tracking atm so I will speak from this perspective… This has replaced any honey, maple syrup, stevia we used to use and here is why: - It is much lower calories (a tsp is 8.6 calories) - Very high fibre (to aid digestion - a tsp is 12% of my daily fibre targets) - It is the perfect natural sweetness without being too sweet or chemical tasting. - The taste is a cross between honey and maple syrup.
